Description
The DVI Detective N from Gefen is a device that ensures display information is not lost when switching or changing connections. This information is typically communicated through a standard known as EDID, which identifies attributes such as display resolution and frequency. The DVI Detective stores this data internally, ensuring it is available when reconnection is established. After initially programming the unit, no power is required. It supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2400.
