This is the HBL2300, a Twist-Lock® Insulgrip® 20A 125V 2P3W Connector. It has insulated nylon construction to keep non-current carrying parts from becoming energized and tough ribbed nylon housing for secure gripping. The HBL2300 has two-part cord grip that tightens with two screws and a borad gripping area to accommodate a wide range of cable diameters.
