Thank you for visiting and shopping at AVGear.com! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase and payment. Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day if ordered before 12:00PM PDT. If an order is placed over a weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
The speed of shipping depends on the size, weight and dimensions of the items being shipped. Most items arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery times are based on item availability and shipping within the continental US (48 states). Delivery to rural areas, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on destination, weight and dimensions, and will be displayed at checkout.
AVGear.com ships with UPS Ground for all standard shipping. Expedited or overnight delivery can be accommodated for certain deliveries within the continental United States upon request; buyer must contact [email protected] immediately after purchase to arrange expedited shipping.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
FREIGHT
For orders over 80 lbs. and/or with dimensional measurements over 72” a call for freight quote is required. Buyer must call (702)761-3833 or contact [email protected] immediately after purchase to arrange for freight.
When calling or emailing for a freight quote, please include the following information so that you can be provided with the most accurate pricing:
- Full shipping address (including zip code)
- If the destination is residential or commercial
- Preferred delivery hours
- If a liftgate is required
An extra charge will apply if there is no loading dock at the delivery destination and a lift gate service is needed. This must be specified upfront.
If you request lift gate service additional charges up to $125.00 will apply depending on the freight carrier. If the customer does not request lift gate service, AVGear.com nor its affiliates are responsible for the freight cost if the product cannot be removed from the truck. Please note that truck drivers are not responsible to help unload the product. If the customer cannot unload the product and it is brought back to the shipping depot, future attempts to deliver this product will result in additional costs which are the responsibility of the customer.
TERMINAL PICKUP
You may request terminal pick up. This is a great alternative to residential deliveries.
If you have a preference on common freight carriers, please let us know at the time of your order. We will determine which method of shipping will be the most economical. Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box.
COMMON FREIGHT CARRIER
In order to minimize your shipping costs, we select our freight carriers based on destination.
You may choose your own carrier and you may request 3rd party billing. Please inform your sales specialist if you will be arranging your own freight pickup.
LOCAL PICKUP
Any order can be picked up during normal business hours (Mon – Fri 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) from the AVGear warehouse located at 2960 S. Highland Dr. Suite G, Las Vegas, NV 89109 by scheduling and confirming an appointment via email or telephone at least two (2) hours in advance. Any after-hours or weekend pickups will be subject to an additional $350.00 handling fee.
REFUSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, AVGear.com reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
NON-STANDARD ITEMS
At AVGear.com we understand that some items have unique dimensions or require additional care. Our ultimate goal is to deliver your products in a way that is economical, expedient, and secure. For this reason we may elect to ship some select items that would otherwise be shipped UPS Ground, via our freight carrier to maximize safety and mitigate mishandling during shipping. In situations where this is the case we will contact you from [email protected] and one of our shipping specialists will work with you to ensure that your product is delivered to you in a timely, safe, and affordable manner.
International Shipping Policy
AVGear.com offers international shipping on a case-by-case basis; please contact [email protected] for inquiries and quotes.
Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value, and destination. Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional shipping fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.
Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
AVGear.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer (import duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.)
ITEM RESTRICTIONS
Before completing any purchase, please check all product specifications to make sure you’re choosing compatible items that will work in your country. In addition, please confirm that your country’s import rules and regulations will allow you to import the item(s) you’re purchasing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that these details are in order before completing the purchase. AVGear.com is not responsible if the items are not compatible for your country, or for any restrictions that prohibit your order from reaching the destination country once the outbound shipment has left the facility.
Manufacturer or government restrictions occasionally oblige us to block certain products from shipping outside the USA. Manufacturer’s rebates may not be valid for merchandise shipped outside the USA.
ATTESTED DOCUMENTS
Certain countries require your order’s documents to be attested by the chamber of commerce. In the event that you need attested documents there will be a $50 USD fee per document requiring a signature along with a shipping charge to send you the documents.
