I have had the pleasure of purchasing many items from AVGear! I have also used their pack and ship services. I have consistently found the items to be as described and the packaging for shipment is top quality. Better than I would do myself in most cases. On the rare occasion that an item is forgotten Jannet and the team there are always quick to correct the issue and take ownership of the problem. If it was their mistake they will pay the shipping to get the missing item to me. Highly recommend AVGear to anyone looking for a cost effective source of AV and Lighting equipment!!

This is a great company!  We have done business with them consistently, and every time its a perfect experience.  Jannet Davis is one of my absolute favorite people to deal with, even though I have never actually met her, I thoroughly enjoy corresponding with her.    All of the great customer service aside, AV Gear has awesome deals on AV equipment.  We love the auction that they have 4 times a year.  If you are involved in business with this company, I assure you that it will be a great experience.
