Built into the camera are a variety of valuable broadcast related features such as a broadcast overlay, GPS metadata, and MPEG-2 encoding in HD for easy interfacing with legacy broadcasting systems. The camera also features a built-in wireless LAN, and the Zixi wireless protocol.
