The Gefen EXT-HD-3G-C converts audio and video from HDMI to 3G-SDI format, at resolutions up to 1080p and supports up to eight channels of LPCM 7.1 audio. Compatibility with the Gefen Syner-G software suite enables firmware updates and device configuration. The compact housing is light enough to be secured using double-sided hook-and-loop strips and it comes with both a standard 1/4"-20 thread and a detachable bracket mount.
